Like a deaf and blind person, you don't heed to the teachings and the warnings of Saints and remain infatuated in material happiness.
"Sometime soon I will start devotion," saying so (you prolong your time but you never do it. If you don't do it) your life will finish and you will be the most sorrowful person.
You see in the world, that peoples' lives and fortunes are finished in a moment. Their whole world of excitements finishes in a flash. Then what guarantee do you have for your own life, and you are thus acting in foolish overconfidence?
