Let's all close our eyes. Close your eyes, get comfortable, take a couple nice, relaxing, breaths, deep breaths, and just start thinking of Krishna or Radha or Kripalu Ji Maharaj. Start doing your roopdhyan the way you want to. Visualize Their form and infuse that visualization with the faith that this is the real Krishna in front of you. He's looking at you. He sees you. You can talk to Him. You can touch Him. So keeping this feeling of liveliness in the roopdhyan.
We're going to start doing some kirtan. While we're doing the kirtan, always keep the image of Krishna in your mind. If your mind wanders, just notice that it's gone somewhere and bring it back. You can even think of a leela that you can join in and take part in that leela with Krishna. Or just imagine any scenario or situation, even in your own world, in your own life, where Krishna is with you and you're with Him. You're talking to Him or you're doing some seva to Him. In this way, we'll keep our mind engrossed and in union with Shri Krishna.
(Radhey Radhey Govind, Govind Radhe nām sankirtan)
Let's just take one more minute in silence to just breathe naturally, be relaxed, and just notice what you feel. Do you feel any effect of the meditation you were just doing?” Pay attention to how your heart feels? How does your body feel? We'll just spend a minute sitting in silence.
Now you can all open your eyes.
